"Star in the East" Canada Premiere at Canadian Int'l Faith & Family Film Fest!

Katie Garibaldi’s music video “Star in the East” will be making its Canadian premiere as an official selection and screening nominee in the 2018 Canadian International Faith & Family Film Festival! 🌟

This year’s CIFF Fest received 177 submissions from 22 countries. 70 were officially selected, of which 35 have been nominated and 30 of those will be screened. “Star” made the cut! 🌠💙

The fest takes place Sept. 14-16 at the Innis Town Hall Theatre at the University of Toronto. “Star in the East” screens Sunday 9/16 at Cinema 2 in the 2pm block. ⭐️🌞🐪 Click here for the full schedule and more info. Watch the official nominations announcement here!

Katie Garibaldi is a singer/songwriter, guitar player, filmmaker, and music supervisor. Her music has been featured in many noteworthy magazines, blogs and independent radio, and accolades include international songwriting, producing, and music video awards. With the growth of a strong network in the music and film industries, Katie is leveraging her experience as an independent artist, production skills, and passion for creative storytelling in a music supervision role with her company Owl At The Moon Creative. She is also currently working on her first short film. In true multi-passionate artistic fashion, Katie enjoys speaking and writing on the subjects of spirituality and creativity.
